Cellulite - What causes it and natural ways to reduce it.

Hi all,

So I'm pretty sure every girl, lady, woman... female will have worried over their cellulite at some point in their life. It's just a fact of life and, the truth is, there's not a lot you can do about it. 

There are a few factors that will influence how much cellulite you have:
  • Lifestyle
  • Diet
  • Genetics
  • Products used (very small amount of difference)

Here are the ways I have reduced MY cellulite over the past 6 months, with noticeable results.

How to reduce cellulite:
  • Drink lots of water
  • Dry brushing
  • Move lots (don’t sit or stand in one position for too long)
  • Exercise regularly
  • Eat clean i.e. avoid sugar, salt and processed foods as much as possible
  • Massage in coconut and grapefruit oil
