Deep Repair Mask - Hair Treatment (All Natural - No Chemicals)

November 09, 2013

Hi all,

Here is a hair treatment that I attribute to a huge improvement in my hair's overall condition.

I have been trying to grow my hair for most of my adult life but never seemed to get much past shoulder length without it looking dead and scraggly at the ends. Since I have been using this treatment (and following these other general tips) I have seen a good increase in length plus my hair is shinier and looks much healthier.

So, here are some more reasons WHY use it:

The very act of massaging the scalp will bring blood to the surface and encourage growth.

Peppermint essential oil will also stimulate the hair follicles and scalp.

Oil can penetrate into the hair and fully condition on a deep level.

Almond (or any other natural oil) reduces hair loss and repairs damage as it is full of omegas 9, 6 and 3 plus vitamin E and magnesium.

The fatty acids will make your hair softer and improve its quality both instantly and over the long term.

Peppermint essential oil will help to balance out PH levels; it will help with a dry or itchy scalp and will also counteract oiliness. It will add shine and gloss by conditioning the hair.

And, more importantly, HOW to use it:

Put approx 2-5 tablespoons of natural oil into a container (like this one)
Add 5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix.
Apply a small amount of the oil mixture evenly across the scalp and massage in.
Brush through to apply to the mid sections.
Apply more to the ends then brush through again to ensure every strand of hair is coated.
Leave on for a minimum of 30 minutes, try to wear it overnight if possible. (Be sure to protect your clothes, pillows, etc).
Wash out as normal, you may need to shampoo 2-3 times to ensure every last bit is removed. (Use conditioner as normal)

Honestly give this treatment a go, it is very simple, easy and inexpensive but will make a huge difference to your hair. I hope you see the same benefits that I have.

Thanks
