DIY Cellulite Beating Coffee Scrub

July 30, 2014

Today's DIY is a simple coffee scrub that will help get rid of cellulite!

You can watch my video on this.

How does it work?

The oil will moisturise, the sugar will exfoliate and the coffee will help beat cellulite.

Coffee contains caffeine, caffeine dilutes the blood vessels which tones and tightens skin tissues whilst also improving circulation.

It smells amazing and will wake you and your skin up!

How do I make it?

For a large batch:
1/2 Cup Freshly Ground Coffee
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Natural Oil (almond, jojoba, olive oil)

Grind your coffee, measure out the sugar and then mix them together with the oil. It's that simple!

If you prefer a thicker consistency use less oil. I prefer this scrub quite 'wet' in comparison to a normal sugar only scrub.

How do I use it?

Whilst in the bath or shower, rub in circular, upwards movements on any problem areas, or anywhere you'd like to exfoliate. Rinse off and enjoy smooth, glowing skin!

There you go! I hope you enjoy making and using this!
